In loving memory

My beautiful Harry-dog died on Saturday night. He was greatly loved and will be sorely missed.

  1. Oh my God, Caroline, I just read your Facebook status and came here hoping that it wasn’t what I was thinking… I’m so, so sorry: I feel like I know Harry from your photos and stories about him, and I know this probably sounds silly, but we had a bad scare with Rubin yesterday too, necessitating a trip to the vet, and I’ve literally just sat here and had a little cry over your news. Big hugs to you – I know how hard it is to lose a beloved pet, so you look after yourself: Terry and I are both thinking about you.

  2. oh Caroline! How absolutely hideous. I am so so sorry to hear that. The loss of a pet can be absolutely devastating. I cried like a baby when Jock died.

My thoughts are with you, and my heart goes out to you. Lots and lots of love.

  4. Oh Caroline, I’m really sorry that you’ve lost him. They are like members of the family aren’t they? And with 2 of my own, I can imagine how awful you are feeling. Take care. x

  5. Thank you all so much for your kindness. Reading your words has been greatly comforting, particularly those of you who reminded me of the fun I had taking him on walks and writing up his antics into little anecdotes. Much love xxxx

  6. Hey my dear, I am so sorry I haven’t commented until now. I literally got back from holiday, and then read this.

I am sooo incredibly sorry – I know how hard this must be hitting you all. Still take comfort in the fact that he was incredibly well loved, and gave you all so much fun and so many stories. Sending you lots of love and hugs
